How does the order process work?

Choose a product, choose the size or number of balloons as applicable, choose balloon colors per the provided color chart. 

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the nature of the product, our return policy is limited. Returns for in stock orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@andonballoons.com to submit a return request. Custom and build-your-own orders are non-refundable.

Are the colors shown in photos and swatch cards true to life?

Colors pictured on the website are as close to reality as possible. In some circumstances, hues on the screen may vary slightly from what you might perceive in person. This is due to the nature of the media and variances in color settings on computer displays. If you have concerns about a particular color, please reach out and we will do our best to clarify any uncertainty you may have with regard to your order’s color palette.

PICKUP OR DELIVERY

How do get my order?

When completing the order, select pick-up at our store in Richfield, MN or delivery within the Minneapolis/St Paul metropolitan area for an additional fee.

Do you offer design guidance for custom orders?
